| Wayne Tollemache | Executive Managing Director - Asia Pacific |
 Wayne joined First Advantage Corporation as Executive Vice President (Regional Managing Director) - APAC in February 2007. He is responsible for all operations of First Advantage’s Employer Services segment in the Asia Pacific region.
Currently, Wayne is spearheading First Advantage’s expansion of offerings in the Asia Pacific region from background screening - a market dominated by the Company - to the full continuum of First Advantage’s hiring-related service offerings.
In a career spanning 22 years, Wayne, a management graduate from University of Waikato, New Zealand, has worked in various capacities in Business Development, Operations and Quality Management. Many of his initiatives have resulted in outstanding business outcomes including increased productivity, profits, sales, awards and accolades from a global perspective. Prior to joining First Advantage, Tollemache spent 10 years with TeleTech, a leading global business process outsourcing provider, most recently as Managing Director, Singapore & Malaysia. In that capacity he had full profit and loss accountability and was responsible for operations and business growth within the region. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer for TeleTech Malaysia and Business Development Director for TeleTech New Zealand. He began his career with Telecom New Zealand Ltd., where he was Quality Manager and was subsequently promoted to National Manager. Wayne receives regular invitations to speak at various management and educational forums from across the globe. He has spoken at Purdue University - USA, TUANZ Conferences - New Zealand, Asia Pacific Customer Management Conference - Singapore and was recently a Keynote speaker at CCAS Seminar at Singapore. A long-term plasma donor, Wayne also participates in “Business in the Community”, a volunteer business mentoring program in New Zealand. With penchant for rugby and fishing, he currently resides in Singapore with his wife and son.
