Soon Hong joined First Advantage Corporation as General Manager (Regional Business Support) - APAC in July 2009. He is responsible for providing business support for the operations of First Advantage’s Employer’s Services segment in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, Soon Hong is overseeing the regional support functions for First Advantage’s business operations spanning over 9 countries. He is also responsible for the expansion of product offerings in the Asia Pacific region from background screening - a market dominated by the Company - to the full continuum of First Advantage’s Talent Acquisition Management Solution offerings.

In a career spanning 17 years, Soon Hong, a mechanical engineer graduate from University of Glasgow, Scotland (UK) and a Master of Science in Information Technology from National University of Singapore, has worked in various capacities in Business Development, Product Management and Operations. Prior to joining First Advantage, Soon Hong worked with One Rochester Group as the Director of Sales and Operations, IntegraScreen as the VP of Operations for 7 countries and Teletech as the Director of Operations for multiple sites.

Many of his initiatives have resulted in outstanding business efficiencies including increased productivity, profits, sales, awards and accolades from a regional perspective.
