Ian joined the First Advantage team in May 2009 as General Manager - Philippines and is responsible for the operation in the Philippines which delivers services to local and regional clients.

Prior to First Advantage, during his 20+ year career, Ian worked in a broad range of roles including IT, operations, marketing and business development. Most recently he was responsible for running off-shore operations in the Philippines and China delivering services to blue chip clients in the APAC region and U.S.

Originally from the U.K., Ian has lived in Manila for a number of years and during his spare time he enjoys relaxing with his family, following Formula 1 and drinking quality wines.
