We use secure web technology to allow seamless access of our core application platform from any of its delivery centers across the Asia–Pacific region. We have built–in multiple redundancies in all our key systems at all levels (network, application and database) to ensure maximum availability and performance. These applications are hosted out of a First Advantage owned Data Center that conforms to industry standards on logical and physical security, environment and power supply.
Our wide geographical reach across Asia–Pacific, coupled with our web application strategy, gives us the ability to distribute work to other sites in case of serious disruptions in any of our locations. We have standardized most of our operational processes throughout the region, and our employees undergo continuous cross–training, to ensure readiness to support clients from other offices as required. We also have put in redundant network connections in our delivery centers to further reduce the incidence of downtime.
Our systems and processes are regularly subjected to both internal and external audits, our key applications and network infrastructure are being monitored and certified by Industry–recognized organizations like ACE and Accuvant on information security.
