First Advantage was approached by an Indian software company that had been told to screen over 800 of its employees working on contract to a major U.S. multinational company. First Advantage was able to offer a cost effective solution that met the requirements of the U.S. client and complete the 800 checks in under one month.
On review of our reports our Indian client terminated 20 staff for having fake educational certificates, professional qualifications or for having lied about their previous work experience. Four of these had to be recalled from the U.S. This Indian client has now decided to screen all of its employees irrespective of whether their clients demand it of them or not. |
